These terms and conditions apply to all quotes, agreements, and services by 2beeonline.com. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

2beeonline.com builds websites, customer portals, AI agents, and custom solutions. The exact scope, delivery time, and specifications are defined per project in a quote or agreement.

All stated prices are exclusive of VAT (21%), unless indicated otherwise. Prices on our website are indicative; the final price is specified in the quote.

Invoices must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed. Payment can be made via iDEAL or bank transfer. In case of overdue payment, we are entitled to charge statutory interest.

Delivery times are indicative and not strict deadlines. Delays do not entitle the client to compensation or termination. We aim for timely delivery and communicate proactively about progress.

After full payment, ownership rights of the delivered work are transferred to the client. Until then, 2beeonline.com retains all rights. Standard components and libraries remain the property of 2beeonline.com and may be reused.

The liability of 2beeonline.com is limited to the amount charged for the relevant assignment. We are not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits.

Either party may terminate the agreement in writing with 30 days' notice. Monthly hosting and maintenance agreements can be cancelled per month. Work already performed will be invoiced.

All agreements are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are preferably resolved by mutual consultation. If this fails, the court in Amsterdam has jurisdiction.
